About

A Drupal studio, not a generalist agency

Zenosoft is a software studio in Turkey. We work on Drupal — for agencies who need a development partner, and directly for organisations who need one platform done well.

Most of our client work is delivered with Evolving Web, a Canadian Drupal agency, where we have worked on university portals, government services, professional regulators and healthcare platforms. That is where the upgrade, migration, search and design-system experience on this site comes from.

Alongside it we build and run our own software. Zeno Studio is a multi-tenant studio-management platform used by real businesses. We also run our own infrastructure — this site included — which is a useful discipline: it is harder to give breezy advice about deployment when you are the one holding the pager.

How we work

Ticket-driven

Every change traces to a ticket, and every commit references it. A year later you can still find out why something is the way it is.

Reviewed

Work lands through pull requests with a review environment attached, so feedback happens before merge rather than after release.

Reproducible

Local environments are containerised and identical for everyone. Configuration lives in the repository, not in a production database.

Verified

Pipelines run the checks a reviewer would otherwise run by hand, and a deploy is boring by design.

Other things we build and run

E-invoice automation

A nightly service that accepts incoming e-invoices from the tax-authority portal, imports and reconciles them, and reports what it did. Python, no dependencies, runs on a timer.

Invoicing from time records

Tracked time out of the issue tracker, into a spreadsheet, out as a PDF invoice. Unglamorous, and it removes a day a month.

Self-hosted infrastructure

Traefik, a shared database and several Drupal applications on one server behind Cloudflare, managed as code in a repository. This site is one of them.

Looking for a Drupal partner?

We work with agencies as a development partner and directly with organisations. Both conversations start the same way.
