Component model

A policy school publishes constantly and in many shapes at once — faculty profiles, research output, events, news, programme pages — and the people looking for it arrive knowing roughly one thing about what they want. That makes search and structured content the whole problem.

The site runs on Drupal 11 with a Solr-backed Search API index and faceted browsing, so a visitor can narrow by the dimension they happen to know. Content is composed from a paragraph library implemented as Single Directory Components, which keeps editorial flexibility from turning into a hundred one-off layouts. CAS handles institutional sign-on, and the Migrate API brought the existing content across.
